 PRODUCTION
Manufacturing capabilities of the company allow to manufacture cold - (ø 1,0 mm ÷
ø 13,5mm) and hot-coiled springs (ø 14 mm ÷ ø 50 mm).
Fundamental production of the factory comprises:
- push springs, wire dia. from ø 2,0 mm - ø 50 mm
- pull springs, wire dia. from ø 2,0 mm - ø 25 mm
- twist springs, wire dia. from ø 2,0 mm - ø 25 mm
- shape springs, wire dia. from ø 2,0 mm - ø 25 mm
- disk springs, wire dia. up to 10 mm
which are used in railway, machine-building industry, power industry, mining
and building industries. According to the design, the springs are
hot - or cold-coiled.
Hot-coiled springs represent 90 - 95% of the entire production. The
workmanship of the same requires complicated technology and specialized
appliances.
The company is in possession of a complete and modern stock of machinery
for production of the springs of such types, and the technology and engineering
applied here assure obtainment of products which meet requirements of
international standards.
This technology is adapted both to the piece production and to the lot production.
The stock of machinery in possession makes it possible to provide such a
choice of the required parameters, in order to fulfill all requirements
of design drawings, without bearing excessive costs. Our domestic
competitors possess no machinery or devices, which could create any
capabilities for such to compete with us, especially when any
large-lot / long-run production is concerned. As regards the foreign
competition, we fall not behind in comparison of equipment and
manufacturing quality.

Cold-coiled springs represent 5 - 10% of the entire production. They are
made on automatic machines, according to drawings provided with
the customers. :

In order to manufacture the springs, we use the following materials:
- patented spring wires, B and C Grade
- wires for valve springs, such as OTEVA 60, OTEVA 70
- SANDVIK non-rusting wires
- ground and peeled wires of alloy steels
- ground, peeled and polished rods, drawn or rolled, of alloy steels

Additionally, the company renders services in:
- heat treatment of spring steels
- steel shot blasting, in order to improve the fatigue life
- assistance in designing and selection of springs
The factory employs a qualified staff and personnel of high vocational qualifications,
and is equipped in special devices and appliances for inspection & measurement tests
of springs.
