 HISTORY
The present Factory of Springs was founded in 1939 A.D. as an auxiliary plant to The
Metallurgical Factory to "HSW - Steelworks". Initially, we manufactured our products
to the in-door demands of the HSW. As a result of the "HSW-Steelworks" re-structuring
operation which started in 1994, the Plant of Springs was detached from the Metallurgical
Factory as a separate Division of the same, and later - on the 1st January1996 A.D.
- transformed into an independent economic and structural entity as a full-title corporate
body, under the name:
HSW - Zakład Sprężynownia Sp. z o.o.
The company has taken over the activities in production of springs, metalworking,
wholesale, purchasing, research & development work in technical sciences,
examination, testing and technical analysis, we are able to design.
Nowadays, the 100% shares of HSW - Zakład Sprężynownia Sp. z o.o. belongs to "HSW" Zakład Ciągarnia Sp. z o.o."
