The main productive potential of company focuses on springs, which are hot coiled. They are made of bars (Ø 14,00 mm ÷ Ø 65 mm). The secondary production are springs, which are cold coiled (Ø 2,0 mm ÷ Ø 13,5mm).
The basic production of factory:
- compression springs with the diameter 2,0 - ø 65 mm,
- extension springs with the diameter 2,0 - ø 50 mm,
- torsion springs with the diameter 2,0 - ø 50 mm
Production of hot coiled springs requires complicated technology, special devices and professional technical knowledge of the staff. The company has complete and modern machines required for production of this type of springs and technology that is used during the production process, guaranteeing products of a quality that fulfills the world’s standards. This technology is adapted for single and serial production. Domestic competitors do not have machines and devices that create possibilities of production of high class springs (especially in case of long-run production). Thanks to the modern technology, our company successfully competes with other spring production potentates from the Europe and World.
We use the following materials for production of springs:
- patented spring wire (B and C class according to DIN 17223),
- spring wire (SL, SM, SH according to PN-EN 10270-1),
- valved spring wire e.g. OTEVA 60, OTEVA 70,
- SANDVIK stainless steel wire,
- grinded and peeled alloy steel wire,
- grinded, peeled and polished, cold drawn alloy bars.

Moreover, the Company provides additional services:
- heat treatment of spring,
- shoot peening with the use of steel shot (to increases fatigue life),
- help with design and proper selection of springs.
The company hires the staff with high qualifications. HSW-Zaklad Sprezynownia Sp. z o.o. as a spring producer is equipped with special devices that perform tests and measurement of springs.
